The event

Sauna Social is the easiest way into the club. Three guided rounds in the Finnish sauna, each a little longer than the last, with cold plunges and quiet time in between.

Afterwards there is something cold to drink at the table and no hurry to leave.

17:00 Welcome and a slow first round. 17:40 Second round with water on the stones. 18:20 The long round. 19:00 Drinks at the table.
