What we collect
When you book a visit or join the club, we ask for your name, an email address and, for memberships, a phone number. When you pay, the payment provider processes your card details; we never see or store them.
We also keep a simple record of your visits and bookings so that passes and memberships work as expected.
How we use it
Your details are used to confirm bookings, manage your membership and let you know about changes to opening hours or sessions you have reserved.
We do not sell your information and we only share it with the services that run bookings, payments and email on our behalf.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses a small number of cookies to remember your preferences and to understand which pages are read most. Analytics are aggregated and do not identify you personally.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Membership records are kept for as long as the membership is active and for a short period afterwards.
